1. Return Overview

At Custom Cosa, we offer clear return and refund policies for both standard stock products and customized furniture sold on this website.


2. Standard Products — Returnable Items

Standard products (non-custom stock furniture) can be returned if:

• Returned within 5 calendar days of delivery

• Product is unused and in original packaging

• Product is free from damage

How to request a return:

Contact us via email/WhatsApp with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Reason for return

Return shipping:

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or defective.

Refund timeline:

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.


3. Customized / Made-to-Order Products — Non-Returnable

Customized furniture is specially crafted to your specifications and non-returnable and final sale.

Exceptions are limited to:

• Damage during delivery

• Manufacturing defects

• Items that do not match approved design

Report within: 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.


4. Warranty & Defects

Defects reported within 48 hours will be reviewed for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
