Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the approved specifications, including where applicable:

Actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, product availability, logistics conditions, public holidays, weather, government requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. DELIVERY ACCESS & LARGE FURNITURE

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate and safe access for delivery of the purchased products.

Before ordering large furniture, customers should confirm that the product can reasonably pass through and fit within:

  • Hallways
  • Corridors
  • Doorways

16. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where customers independently arrange international shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, duties, taxes, documentation, and associated shipping costs will generally remain the customer's responsibility.

17. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements, repairs, and store credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard Products

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
